Privacy policy

Dear Sir or Madam, in fulfilment of our information obligation, we publish below the Helkon Information Clause Since 25 May 2018, Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC, known as the GDPR (RODO in Polish), has applied.

  2. Your personal data is processed on the basis of Article 6(1)(b), (c) and (f) GDPR, in connection with:

    1. the performance of a contract to which the data subject is party, or steps taken at the data subject's request before entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b));

      This mainly concerns the personal data of our business partners' contact persons, obtained and processed in connection with commercial contracts. It also covers the personal data of job applicants and employees, needed to perform employment contracts correctly – for example for tax purposes or salary payments.

    2. compliance with a legal obligation to which the Controller is subject (Article 6(1)(c));

      Mainly to fulfil obligations under public law (e.g. towards courts or bailiffs), including statistical ones, for the data of people who contact us in connection with these tasks.

    3. the purposes of the legitimate interests pursued by the Controller (Article 6(1)(f)).

      This mainly concerns keeping our business secure and achieving its economic goals, always with methods of processing that are minimally intrusive for employees, limiting risk and keeping a balance between the employer's legitimate interest and employees' privacy.

      1. The overriding purpose of every processing activity carried out in our company on the above grounds is to provide the conditions for fulfilling customer orders for products and services in the clothing industry. We carry out these activities to meet our obligations as an employer under the law, in particular the Labour Code.
      2. Your personal data is processed manually and automatically, using lawful and secure IT systems that protect your privacy.

We do not share personal data with other parties, unless we have made separate arrangements with you to that effect or other legal obligations require it.

  1. The Controller processes your personal data to the extent you provide it in the contact forms on www.helkon.pl or hand it over in person to those authorised to collect it.

  2. In connection with the processing of your personal data, and unless the law provides otherwise, you have the right to:

    1. request access to your personal data from the Controller,
    2. request rectification of your personal data,
    3. request erasure of your personal data,
    4. request restriction of the processing of your personal data,
    5. object to the processing of your personal data,
    6. data portability,
    7. lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority – the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO).
